Steve Cooper

Steve Cooper is a veteran of the high tech industry having served as VP/President/CEO/Chairman of many successful companies over the past 30 years. Prior to that he held various technical and management positions including Wafer Fabrication Manager at Intel Corporation where he obtained much of his early management training and hands on problem solving experience. In 2010 Steve founded High Tech CEO Advisor in order to mentor CEOs of early stage companies in Southern California. Steve’s focus is to work with CEOs of a few good companies, leveraging his management skills, experience, insight and extensive network of experts so they can be the leader in their markets.

Teamwork

Entrepreneurship is never easy. It takes passionate, talented and dedicated individuals working as a team to be the best at what they do.  Steve works with CEOs to develop a strategy for the business and create an effective team capable of executing that strategy. Based upon extensive experience as an executive, angel investor, advisor and board member of both private and publicly held companies, Steve helps identify the needs of the business and works to continuously improve performance. Entrepreneurship is never easy. Companies can avoid costly mistakes and capitalize on opportunities using insight that can only be gained through years of working in every aspect of the business.
